Chocolate Chip Cookies

It rained chocolate chip cookies today.
Homemade cookies with just the right amount of gypsy thrown in to make them irresistible!

It all started with my head in the clouds.

The insistent

drip,

The Sweet Rain

drop,
splitter, splatter,
drop, drop,
splat

Drip,
drop,
splitter, splatter,
drop, drop,
splat

Drip,
drop,
splitter, splatter,
drop, drop,
splat

mesmerized me.

I traveled back in time to childhood when sugar made me happy

and the smell of baking cookies made life sweet.

Cookie Bliss
Cookie Kiss
A childlike joy, like today:
who says you can never go home?

Chocolate chip cookies are my favorites (with some chopped walnuts in them). They looked inviting. Now the search is on…

Did I forget to mention the walnuts? Silly me! You'll have to drop by more often. Even if it's in hopes of finding cookies. 🙂

Does "WERE" mean they're all gone? Of course, I ate most of them! The header is simply mesmerizing….thanks for your help!
